Chapter 365

"Mr. Henry!" Robbie blurted out, his voice small but remarkably firm. "We thank you for your kindness, but we can't move to your place."

"And why is that?" Henry’s face fell, his disappointment palpable.

"Because we have Mommy, Mrs. Berry, and Fifi waiting for us at home." Robbie tilted his head with an earnest, soulful look. "Mrs. Berry fell ill because she had to take care of us, and Mommy still hasn't healed up yet. We can't just leave them alone."

"You're a good boy." Touched by the child's selfless devotion, Henry reached out and patted his head with a tenderness that surprised even himself. "A truly good boy."

"I'm sorry, Mr. Henry, but we have to look after them." Jamie looked down, a rare flicker of shame crossing his face.

"Yes," Ellie added, her eyes brimming with unshed tears. "Mommy sprained her waist, and she can't even pick me up anymore. I want to take care of her, and I still have to visit Mrs. Berry at the hospital."

"Of course, of course," Henry said quickly, desperate to calm them before the waterworks started. "You don't have to move just yet. Just promise you'll come over once your mommy and Mrs. Berry are all healed up, alright?"

As if I'll ever let that happen, Charlotte shivered in her janitor’s uniform. You’d chase me out the gates before I even got close to the front door.

"I'll arrange for the best hospital for them immediately," Henry turned to Spencer. "Call Serene Hospital—"

"No need for that," Zachary interrupted, his tone cool and decisive. "I've already made the necessary arrangements."

"Oh?" Henry raised an eyebrow in surprise. "And when exactly did this happen?"

"The same day I sent the kids home," Zachary replied, his eyes flickering toward Robbie for a brief second. "I handled it then."

"It's true." Robbie looked back at Zachary before turning his attention back to Henry. "Mrs. Berry and Mommy are getting the best treatment now. Don't worry, Grandpa Henry."

"That is good to hear." Henry turned a stern gaze back to Zachary. "Make sure you hire the absolute best doctors money can buy."

"Raina is in charge of their recovery," Zachary answered smoothly. "Is that not good enough for you?"

"I trust Raina." Henry nodded, finally satisfied. "Don't worry, children. Your mommy and Mrs. Berry are going to be back on their feet in no time."

"Thank you, Mr. Henry!" the three kids chimed in unison.

"Now, about those smartwatches... you should wear them to kindergarten regardless, just in case. If anything happens, I want to be reachable immediately," Henry instructed.

"But the teacher said—"

"Don't worry about the teacher. I've already bought Apple Kindergarten," Henry said with a triumphant grin. "Which means I'll be the one setting the rules from now on."

"Huh?" The children’s eyes widened in synchronized shock.

Charlotte was equally stunned. He bought the whole kindergarten? Does he suspect? Why else would he pour so much money into a school just for three 'strangers'?

"You bought the whole kindergarten, Mr. Henry?" Jamie asked, his jaw dropping. "For real?"

"To be precise, I bought the entire Apple Education Group, including..." Henry paused, glancing at Spencer for the details.

"Twenty-six kindergartens, seventeen private education institutions, and fifty-two training centers," Spencer added with a smile. "There is absolutely no need for you to worry about school rules anymore, children."

"Um..." Ellie’s eyes were like saucers. She was utterly overwhelmed by the scale of it all.

"I thought the Sterlings owned that group," Robbie quipped, his sharp mind already processing the business landscape. "I heard Timothy's mommy and grandma saying their family was the biggest shareholder."

"The Sterlings pulled out long ago. Now, Apple Education belongs to the Nachts." Henry leaned in with a conspiratorial grin. "Tell me if there’s anything else you want. I'll buy it for you."

Good God. Zachary was at a total loss for words. "Henry, they aren't members of the Nacht family," he reminded his grandfather in a low, noticeably annoyed tone. "You’re going overboard."
