Jenna Roland's fingers clenched around her phone, knuckles turning white. The photo on the screen burned her eyes, sending uncontrollable tears streaming down her face.

With trembling hands, she opened the video sent by Vanessa Galatea. The footage showed Ethan Roscente sitting in a corner of a coffee shop with a stunningly beautiful girl. The way the girl gazed at him was filled with undisguised admiration.

Jenna immediately exited the app and dialed Ethan's number.

"Jenna?" His warm voice came through the receiver. "Did you have lunch yet?"

That familiar tone made her tears flow even harder. She bit her lip hard, suppressing a sob. "Are... you at the office?"

"In a meeting," Ethan replied with a chuckle. "Why the sudden check-in?"

His gentle voice now sounded unbearably mocking. Jenna thought of Ethan's prestigious family background—of course, a man like him could have any woman he wanted.

She hung up without another word, ignoring the vibrating phone in her palm. Storming into the bedroom, she threw her belongings into a suitcase and left the apartment without looking back.

Inside the taxi, she called Milo Roland.

"Don't go back to Beverly Hills tonight. Stay at a hotel for a few days." Her voice trembled with unshed tears.

"Sis, what's wrong?" Milo instantly grew alarmed. "Did Ethan hurt you?"

That question shattered Jenna's composure. She broke down completely. "Vanessa sent me photos... Ethan was... meeting another woman at a coffee shop..."

"Wait!" Milo cut in urgently. "Maybe it's just a friend? Ethan isn't that kind of guy."

"He lied about being at the office!" Jenna's voice rose sharply. "If he had nothing to hide, why lie? Vanessa likes him so much—why would she send me those photos for no reason?"

"That Vanessa is obviously trying to stir up trouble!" Milo sounded frantic. "Don't act rashly. I'll call Ethan right now and get the truth!"

Before Jenna could stop him, Milo ended the call. He immediately dialed Ethan's number and demanded without preamble, "Ethan, someone took photos of you with a woman at a coffee shop. What the hell is going on?"
