Chapter 94: Chapter 94

Jenna Roland's fingers trembled with rage.

All these years, they'd accused her of not paying rent or living expenses?

Absurd!

She'd slaved away at Fiona Roland's house, even scrubbing the filthiest toilets. And now they dared to twist the truth in front of the police!

"The transaction records are all in my phone," Jenna sneered. "Shall I pull them up right now?"

She'd prepared for this.

Every transfer had been meticulously labeled "rent" or "living expenses," and she'd kept every chat log intact.

Fiona's face paled.

She hadn't expected Jenna to have proof.

"This constitutes extortion," Officer Liam Hill said sternly. "Let's continue this at the station."

Victor Roland opened his mouth to protest, but a sharp look from the officer silenced him.

The police car couldn't fit everyone.

Jenna followed behind on her e-bike with Milo Roland riding pillion.

On the way, she texted Ethan Roscente: "Can't make lunch today. Something came up."

He replied with a single word: "Fine."

That icy response.

Jenna stared at her phone.

Could this same man really have sent all those extravagant gifts?

At the station, Officer Hill gestured them toward the interrogation room.

Milo kept swallowing nervously.

"Officer, we're the victims here!" His voice shook.

The officer's stern expression softened slightly.

"Relax. This is just routine questioning."

Jenna sat upright in her chair.

She was ready to see what tricks Fiona would try to pull this time.
