Talia's pov

I quickly run out of the house as quiet as I could. guess the perks of the shitty life I have lived.

But I know I can't get out of the property unseen, they seem to have a pretty good andtight grid with guards, perks of being a mafia Don I guess.

I carefully walked around the house, then I saw a little greenhouse that looks like a good place to hide.

I'm not ready for another beating, especially from these guys they all look fucking buff. I would definitely die if they find me and start the beating.

I got into the greenhouse and found a dark corner and hide behind some big plants, hopefully they won't see me here. I were sitting here for a good while before I started to doze off.

David's pov

Why the fuck did my idiotic brothers have to say dumb shit like that?

First they should be happy she is home and safe with us,second how could they degrade her body like that?

Now we have been looking around the house for hours, we have also been outside the house looking around.

I just got my baby sister back and after maybe two hours she is gone again.

If we don't find her soon, I will personally kill Dante and Nico.

I walked up to the greenhouse, I don't think anyone of us have checked

here yet.

I walked in and quietly looked around, not seeing anything. I were about to walk out then I saw a very dark corner, she is pretty small so she could hide behind those plants so I walked over.

I let out a big sigh of relief when I see mia bambina sitting up against the wall, resting her head on top of her arms that is also on top of her knees.

I sent a message to everyone that I have found her.

I carefully picked her up bridal style and slowly walked out of the greenhouse and into the house everyone where waiting in the living room including a lot of the guards.

Dad and Leon rushed up to us looking at her for any injuries.

Then they both sigh in relief, "Let's put her to bed!" Leon said and me,Leon and Dad walked up to her bedroom.

"Leon, can you please tell me what mia bambina have been going through?" Dad asked very quiet.

Leon gave a heavy sigh "I'm sorry I gave her my word I would not tell, it's not my secret to tell" He said looking, over at Talia with such a sorry look.

Dad pinched the bridge of his nose while walking then he looked at Leon again.

"Okay canyou at least say how bad it have been from a scale from 1-10where 1 is not so bad and 10 is really bad." He asked quietly.

Leon stopped walking "Dad.. I can't..." he said weakly.

"Please that way vou don't tell us anvthing, it's just so I know how to be

around Talia and not let what happened today happen again!" Both me and dad stopped looking at Leon.

Leon gave a deep sigh "If 10 is the worse I would say a 15" He said before he started to walk again.

He took Talia out of my arms and walked into her bedroom.

Me and Dad just stood there in shock looking in the directions Leon just left.

I felt tears gather in my eyes again, oh my poor bambina.

What have you been through for Leon to say that?

I felt my chest tighten and I started to struggle to breathe.

Dad took his arm around my shoulder and gave it a good squeeze then we entered her bedroom quietly.

Leon was doing something to her face.

Without even looking around Leon spoke "Don't you ever tell her I showed you this,you have never seen it!" he whispered.

"She know I know because the doctor toldme about it, so if she ask I were the only one putting her to bed today" he whispered then looked around at me and dad and we both nodded.

"Promise!" He said sternly. "I promise." me and dad whispered in unison.

Then Leon nodded and carefully stood up, and I could see Talia laying on the bed in her jeans and sports bra.

I gasped when I looked at her. Her face and body full of bruises.

Her upper body have so many scars. everything from slash marks, stab wounds and gunshot wounds.

I cover my mouth muffling my sobbs. My poor bambina! What the hell have you been through?

I just want to go and hold her in my arms but I can't wake her up.

I see my dad is struggling to stand up right now. I take a grip on his arm and carefully guide him to her window seat.

After getting dad seated I carefully walk up to Talia's bed, looking down on her.

Some of her scars are very old and some very new, she also have so many different stages of bruises and some of them are almost black. She have been walking around with this?

"She have been living in hell, but you guys don't know about this! I'm sure she will tell you all when she is ready to share it and feel comfortable enough! Just give her time! Now let's let her sleep and I will set my two best guards outside her door so no one walking and see this. I know that would probably get some of them in line but she don't want that! So let us respect her wishes!" Leon whispered looking at Talia with so much sadness.

Dad stood up and walked up to me and Leon.

"Come, time to sleep, and you are right Leon" We all turned around and Leon messaged two of his guards. It didn't take long for them to be next to Talia's room.

"Guard this door, no one gets in! And I were the only one in there if Talia ask in the morningt" Leon whisnered out his orders.

They both nodded then took up their positions next to her door.

The rest of us headed to our own bedrooms to get some hours with sleep.
