Sophia was completely overwhelmed.

It had taken immense effort to finally clear out the angry employees crowding her office.

Just as she prepared to leave for the day, Christopher blocked her at the doorway!

He slammed his phone onto her desk, shouting, "Sophia Mitchell! I've been completely loyal, doing everything your father and you ever asked! Now I'm being removed because Elise Scott decided so? You better give me answers, or you're not leaving this office!"

Terrified by Christopher's outburst, Sophia fumbled for her phone to call for help.

Though she managed to unlock it, Christopher snatched it from her hands.

"Please calm down, Mr. Brown!" Sophia pleaded, trying to soothe him. "I genuinely didn't know about your reassignment. My sister never discussed this with me beforehand. Had I known, I would have stopped her immediately-"

"Stop lying! I finally understand now... this is all your family's conspiracy!" Christopher snarled viciously, refusing to listen. "I always believed your family was against Elise, that you and Benjamin were working to overthrow her... How naive I was! You're family, and family always sticks together! You've all been collaborating to restructure Stellar Group!"

"How can you believe that, Mr. Brown? Elise essentially stole Stellar from us," Sophia reasoned desperately. "My father and I genuinely want her removed. We'd never support her because we're fighting to reclaim what's rightfully ours-"

"Enough!" Christopher yelled, cutting her off. "I've been watching you and Elise closely - I should have suspected your collaboration earlier! She summoned you to her office privately, then instructed you to keep your meeting confidential. That was about this reshuffle, wasn't it?! Then there's Jonathan Locke and Patrick Longman - Benjamin himself forced them out, they didn't resign voluntarily! They were his most trusted allies, yet he discarded them so easily! Now I see your family's true colors!"

"Mr. Brown, you've completely misunderstood. This is all Elise's trap. She deliberately created this misunderstanding between everyone and my father and me..."

"Misunderstanding?!" Christopher laughed coldly. "If that's true, why would she appoint you as CEO and give you control over production? She knows how crucial production is at this stage - do you think she'd entrust it to you if she didn't truly trust you?! And she's only twenty-five! Do you believe she could have come this far without Benjamin controlling things behind the scenes?!"

"We didn't anticipate these moves from her either!" Sophia cried out in frustration when Christopher mentioned this.

Elise had masterfully created the impression that she and Sophia were on good terms by appointing Sophia as CEO, even falsely claiming that Sophia had developed Stellar's fashion designs for the upcoming season. Now, after forcing Benjamin to dismiss Jonathan and Patrick, she had given Sophia another critical responsibility!

Every strategic move had been executed flawlessly!

Yet people still failed to recognize Elise's true intention: to drive a wedge between Benjamin and the company's department heads and executives by making them feel they could no longer depend on him!

Then, by making an example of Christopher through his reassignment, everyone would feel pressured to align with Stellar Group's new direction!

In fact, Sophia could now predict that no one would listen to her or her father after this, while Elise would seize complete control over Stellar Group, establishing absolute authority!

Worse still, Sophia and Benjamin would bear all the consequences of Elise's maneuvers... while Elise herself would escape completely unscathed!

"No more excuses, Sophia! This is my final warning - reinstate me as head of HR, or I'll destroy both you and Benjamin even if it costs me everything!"

With that final threat, Christopher kicked the door open and stormed out, leaving Sophia trembling with rage!

Since childhood, she had always been the one bullying Elise, never the other way around!

She would repay every humiliation she suffered today a hundred times over!
